Robert F. "Mac" McIntosh Jr.牋 McIntosh Robert F. ``Mac创 Jr., age 55, of Newbury, OH, formerly of MN, died Mon., Oct. 28, 2002. He was born Nov. 22, 1946 in Findlay, OH. Mr. McIntosh was an owner of AMFM Inc. in Willoughby, OH. He enjoyed downhill skiing, cycling, automobiles and was a mechanical inventor. Survivors include his sons, Morgan (Kim) McIntosh of Concord, OH and Christopher McIntosh of MT; mother, Laura Louise McIntosh and sister, Holly Jacobson, both of Mpls; survived by nieces and nephews; former wife, Ruth Palmer of Plymouth, MN. Pearl Marian Sofia Nordin Nordin Pearl Marian Sofia Nordin, 88, of Crosby, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2003 at Care View Care Center in Hopkins. She was born June 6, 1915 in Mpls to Hjalmar T. & Anna P. (Engstrom) Jacobson. In 1921, the family moved to a small farm in Excelsior, MN. She graduated from Excelsior High School and attended the Minnesota School of Business, Mpls. She was employed as a Secretary- Bookkeeper for Marquette Mfg (formerly of Mpls) and in later years, as Secretary-Bookkeeper for Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Excelsior, for nine years. She was a charter member of Mt. Calvary. She married Olof H. Nordin in 1943 while he was serving in the U.S. Air Force, and after the war, they lived in Excelsior until they moved to Crosby in 1973 and became members of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was treasurer of Immanuel Lutheran Church Women for many years and also volunteered at the Care Center and Senior Center in her later years. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two brothers, Hjalmar Jr. and C. Theodore, and her one sister, Ruth P. Rydholm. She is survived by one son & daughter-in-law, John & Linda Nordin of Newtown Square, PA; two daughters & sons-in-law, Marian & David Barry of Severna Park, MD, and Barbara & Edwin Wistrand of Minnetonka, MN; six grandchildren and six nieces & nephews. Funeral service Sat., 1 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Crosby, with Rev. Paul Mattson officiating. Burial Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, 10:30 AM Monday.
